FAR Part 65 Survey
The FAA is revising Part 65: Certification of Aircraft Maintenance Personnel. The Balloon
Repair and Maintenance Association (BRMA) is assisting the FAA In re-writing the portion
of the FAR pertinent to balloon inspection, maintenance and repair. Goals of the program
are to make aircraft maintenance less costly, more accessible, and to enhance safety.
This survey is intended for use by balloon owners and maintenance personnel. If there are
questions you can't answer, or have no opinion on, just skip them. If you have an opinion,
please express it, regardless of your certification. Attach additional comment sheet(s) if
necessary.
