Twenty-two years of constant engineering research, design improvement, innovation and development has achieved for Fantasy an impressive reputation for quality, durability, performance and customer satisfaction.

How do you build the best? YOU START WITH THE BEST! Incorporated into every Fantasy Balloon are parts and materials sourced from all over the U.S.A., Canada, Sweden, Hong Kong, Russia, England, Austria, Italy, and Argentina. While perfection may be unobtainable, we are relentless in our quest.

A common misconception amongst pilots shopping for a new balloon is that design innovation can only come from the big manufacturing companies. This is not always the case. Some of our more noteworthy design innovations including our FLEX-FRAME gondola, our exclusive "F-TYPE" envelope and our "ONE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH SINGLE BURNER TECHNOLOGY" have recently been re-introduced by our competition! We are flattered and hope you are duly impressed!

Pricing is a direct reflection of quality! This is another misconception. Fantasy keeps its pricing competitive by handling distribution in-house and keeping glossy color advertising to a minimum. After all, it is a balloon you are shopping for; you cannot fly a full-page glossy color ad. At Fantasy you simply get more than you expect, for less than you would expect to pay.

The exclusive "F-TYPE" envelope, now available in six sizes, is the strongest envelope construction in the world! HOW CAN WE SAY THAT? Besides verging upon mathematical perfection, our design incorporates at least 1,500 feet more seams than our competition’s best. SEAMS STOP TEARS! The largest open expanse of fabric in our envelopes is 53" X 61", not much room for a tear to propogate. The gores are slightly bulbous and flexible, keeping fabric stress to a minimum, yet smooth enough to allow the application of large and effective artwork.

Gondola configurations (whether you choose an "F-TYPE," "E-TYPE," or Mirage Series), follow the classic Fantasy tradition to simplify the flying experience: instrumentation communicates flight information at a glance. The rich leather you would expect to find in a Fantasy is of course present in generous proportions. Individual taste is reflected in the custom wicker design, guaranteeing that no two Fantasys are exactly alike.

Hidden beneath the elegantly finished exteriors of all our gondolas is a bit of engineering which has remained exclusive to Fantasy and has not changed over the years. A flexible high-tech roll cage made up of more than 100 feet of energy-absorbing nylon rod and stainless steel tube surrounds the passenger compartment, providing additional protection for the passengers and at the same time insures that the gondola you purchase today will still look good years from now. All gondolas are component built, making any kind of repair a simple matter.

The Fantasy "F-TYPE" Burner is a significant engineering achievement, one that is difficult to improve upon, although we are working at it. Rated at 14 million BTU at only 110 lbs. pressure, performance is an understatement. Our burners naturally are available in fully gimballed single and dual configurations. Fully redundant fuel feed systems, Liquid Fire By-Pass Burners, and adjustable pilot lights with quick shut-off mechanisms are all standard features. Would you settle for less?

If you have been intrigued by what you have seen, we invite you to call us for the name of the dealer nearest you. A completely new experience awaits.
